Vacation Rental Reservation Policies:

In order to reserve an accommodation at Hale Ho’omana, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance for the reservation will be charged one month prior to the arrival date.

All reservations include a Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.16% and Hawaii Transient Accommodations tax of 9.25%.

Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation prior to 30 days before the arrival date will be entitled to a 90% refund based on total cost. Any cancellation within the 30 days before the arrival date, the deposited funds are non-refundable
